Starting 01.03.2023 the EBC will become home to the newest information point of EUROPE DIRECT Aachen. The information centre EUROPE DIRECT Aachen is part of a European information network of the European Union. It is operated in Aachen by the city administration of Aachen on behalf of the EU Commission and has been responsible for the region of Aachen, Düren, Heinsberg and Euskirchen since 2005.

Since 2011, the EUROPE DIRECT information centre of the city of Aachen has been operating so-called EUROPE DIRECT information points in some town halls in the Aachen region in cooperation with associations and municipalities.

There, interested parties will find extensive free information about the EU (brochures, flyers, maps, etc.) at a central location, which EUROPE DIRECT Aachen orders and puts out with the support of various associations and the municipalities involved.
